Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn: I finally got around to seeing this one. I really liked Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn from Suicide Squad so thought this might be fun. This movie was just too over the top for me and really didn't resonate with me on almost any level. A few fun moments but overall I was pretty bored. Harley Quinn wasn't too far off what you'd expect but they way they did the movie just was too much. I liked few of the other characters though Huntress was awkward at best and a throw in. I get they were going for a different vibe as opposed to the straight forward comic movies we are used to. It just didn't work for me. At times I had flashbacks to Batman & Robin circa 1997. This movie just wasn't for me. I'm curious what you thought and I hope others enjoyed it more than me.
Never seen or heard of it. But it looks like a solid cast. Ali Wong is hella funny.
