Random Wax: 1991 Pro Set Football Series 1 4 Packs

1991 Pro Set: Eric Dickerson left the Rams in a trade to Indy due to money as so many players do but he's still associated with Los Angeles with whom he had 4+ amazing seasons.  He would do well for the Colts for two more seasons, but injuries cut his greatness short.

Coach and contributor greatness.  I really like that Gibbs photo.

<sad face emoji>  Nobody really knew how bad that injury was at this point but it's a tribute to Bo's greatness that Pro Set made a card about it.  Still sad to this day.

That Everett is a Dallas Public Service Announcement insert.  Only one Cowboy was in that set of cards.

Clay Matthews was so good at linebacker and is a part of so many Matthews in the family to play in the NFL.

A couple of familiar names in these World League Football cards.

The Referee cards not only highlight the referees themselves but are also instructional.

Leader and Award Winner cards.  I really like that Derrick Thomas photo.  Darryl Lewis would go on to a solid 10-year career as a defensive back.

Like this is a highlight.  It was just life back then when Atlanta and San Francisco were in the same division.  49ers always beating up on my Falcons.

Checklist greatness.  The art on the Morten Anderson card sticks out to me but I do like all three of these.

Now this is a 1990 Replay I can get behind.

Miller and Sharpe were great receivers.  Testaverde played 21 seasons and though overall didn't find great success, he did seem to be well liked by players and fans alike.

Walter Payton was a racing fan hence the theme.  This set is always so much fun.  Fantasy football draft is this afternoon.  Wish me luck!
