Sonic 3: Watched this one in the theaters last month with my grandsons, 9 and 7. I'm not a Sonic expert nor have I seen the first two movies. The boys have. I'll say overall it was good, but the boys wished there was more of the movie's protagonist, Shadow who is played by Keanu Reeves. Hard for me to break down the movie too much but I thought it was pretty good and the boys, for their reservations, had no issues sitting through the movie.
I have seen the first two movies, but not the third. Does the Keanu Reeves character beat the heck outta everyone, or is that reserved for the Matrix?

DeleteMy boys went with my sister and her kids and they enjoyed it. They did enjoy Keanu just speaking like himself, like he wasn't even trying to act...hey it's Keanu the Hedgehog!
ReplyDeleteI was the same. I was like "is that Keanu?" and I liked it that way.
DeleteI asked my students what they did over the holiday break... and a few mentioned this movie. Haven't seen it... and probably won't. Just got way too many things on my watchlist.
