Random Wax: 2024 Topps Stadium Club with Autograph

2024 Stadium Club:   Happy Opening Day!  Mike Trout played 130 games last year which was his most since playing 134 in 2019.  He managed 26 home runs but his average of .232 was one of the worst of his career.  There are rumors he wants to play in the field more this year.  I'd love to see that but only if he can stay healthy.  My favorite player in the sport today.
This pack I purchased in November of 2024, and never shared before, had plenty of star power.
Plent of Pink Foil Parallels and Dodgers in this pack.
I really like this Red Parallel Rod Carew.  Such and underrated player and this is a good photo and the red works.  I remember him most with the Angels and with this look.
Some youngsters and another retired great.  Christy Mathewson won the pitching Triple Crown 2X and had the best ERA 5X on the way to winning 373 games.  What a 2-year career for Yashinobu Yamamoto.  Two World Series Championships, a World Series MVP and a 1X All-Star.
We love great photos like this and who doesn't like an autograph?  Brandon Walter was signed as a free agent by the Houston Astros and had a good 2025.  He had 9 starts with a 3.35 ERA in 53 innings.  Good vibes for you and your teams this week as regular season games kick off the 2026 season.

Random Wax: 2024 Topps Stadium Club

2025 SCRonald Acuna Jr. dealt with injuries again in 2025, but he still had an excellent year hitting .290/.417/.518 with 21 home runs and 42 RBIs in 95 games.  Fingers crossed we get a healthy and productive 2026 from him.  I do like the photo and the Red Parallel we see him on here.
Always been a fan of Andrew McCutchen.  He's a 1X MVP, 5X All-Star, 4X Silver Slugger, has a Gold Glove, and a Clemente Award winner.  He's played 12 of his 17 years with the Pittsburgh Pirates.
My Pink Parallels including retired great Willie Stargell.  Another Pirate legend, Stargell played his entire 21-year career in Pittsburgh.  He was an MVP, 2X World Series Champion, WS MVP, and was also a Clemente Award winner.  He hit .282 and had 475 home runs.  He led the league twice in home runs.
I always enjoy the photography on these cards and the designs on Stadium Club normally allow plenty of room for them to shine.
While Mountcastle has had a good career, Junior Caminero jumped on the MLB roadmap with 45 dingers last season for Tampa Bay.
Three Yankees legends.  I love the legends in these packs.  Sorry to see Don Mattingly didn't make the Hall of Fame again this year.  He'll be forever one of the "what if" storylines of baseball.  Back injuries robbed some of his magic later in his career.  He still managed an MVP, 9X Gold Glove, 6X All-Star, 3X Silver Slugger and a batting title across 14 seasons.

Random Wax: 2024 Topps Stadium Club

2024 Stadium Club:  We're talking playoffs today people!  Bogaerts and the Padres had a really good year and their first-round matchup with the Cubs should be fun.
Dodgers hot pack?  Yes.  The 2024 Stadium Club packs ran that way with teams.  Very out of character for Topps.  But no complaints here.  I like all three of these guys and all three get Pink Foil Parallels.  I don't appreciate the pink as much as others, but I'll survive.  The Dodgers won the NL West.
Nice Jackson Holiday pull and Sheehan had a good year number two with the Dodgers.
Detroit made the playoffs in spite of a historic collapse at the end of the season.  Great photo.
And another Dodger...  Spencer Torkelson had his second 30+ home run season with teh Tiger.
Love the retired greats.  Ernie Banks on a Red Foil Parallel.  The 2X MVP never got to the playoffs in his 19-year career.  Pretty good-looking Special Forces insert.  Strider struggled for the Braves this season, but he wasn't the only one.  Great pack of cards.

Random Wax: 2024 Topps Stadium Club

2024 Stadium ClubRobin Yount not only was a 2X MVP, had 3,185 hits and hit 285 over 20 seasons but he also had strong hair game.
I really like this Evan Longoria photo.  Longoria really had a strong career that spanned 16 seasons.
The Pink Foil Parallels really don't do much for me.  Plenty of good photos in this set which is what we're used to from Stadium Club.
Yamamoto is having another good season for the Dodgers.  Wilyer Abreu Chrome and Red Foil Parallel pulls.  Red parallels I like.  He's also having a really good season in Boston.
Marte is having a great year for the D-Backs.  I really like him.
More retired great which are really fun.  The retired greats in this set really came in team bunches.  Especially in the blasters where you might pull 4-5 retired greats from the same team.  Another fun pack of cards.

2024 Stadium Club Blaster

2024 Stadium ClubPaul Skenes is the presumptive National League Rooke of the Year.  Amazing rookie season for Skenes who was 11-3 with 1.96 ERA and 170 strikeouts over 133 innings.  The Rookie of the Year awards will be announced on November 18.
I enjoy this year's design.  The last name and player position stand out on a colored background with the first name in the foil we're used to in Stadium Club.
Great photo here which we have come to expect with this brand.  I'll point out the "team collation" in this box was crazy skewed.  Here's the breakdown:  Yankees – 10  Rangers – 7  Mets – 6  Orioles – 5  Braves – 4  Diamondbacks - 3.  28 of my 40 cards were from those first four teams.  25% were Yankees alone.  Maybe I don't bring it up if 10 of my cards are Braves or Red Sox but for 17 to be Mets and Yankees makes it tough.

We love our retired greats.  Sixteen in this pack which is a win.  I really like that Mike Schmidt card.  The full beard wasn't a look we saw from him much.  Fun Matsui card as well.
The inserts aren't bad.  I like Special Forces.  Still a bit bright for this brand but I'm okay with it.  You get one Chrome in each blaster pack.  Great Corbin Carroll photo.  I don't like the Chief Fantasy Professionals insert name but it's okay.
This Chrome Green Refractor parallel comes 1:32 blaster packs.
The backs are fine.  Plenty of color and most info we want sans stats for each season.
My Sepia insert.  The name and logo are green foil which best I can tell is standard for these.
I pulled six of these Red Foil parallels.
I really like this Ozzie Albies photo.
Fun box of cards even with the heavy New York presence.  I'll look for more of these.
